Then say to the Lord your God: “I have removed from my house the sacred portion and have given it to the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, according to all you commanded. I have not turned aside from your commands nor have I forgotten any of them. - Deuteronomy 26:13

The Sacred Portion is a ministry dedicated to supporting God's servants in the mission field. Inspired by God's command to His people in Deuteronomy 26, we are most passionate about connecting the orphans, widows, needy, persecuted and forgotten of the world with food, water, health, hope, education, opportunity, and faith in Jesus Christ. The need is great and the workers are ready.

We believe that stories are powerful. They demonstrate the miraculous power of Jesus, the faithfulness of his workers, and the goodness of the Gospel in a way that is personal and almost tangible. We have seen God's healing, faithfulness and steadfast love to his Beloved children through the decades. We have seen prayers answered. We have seen the hope of the Gospel take root in the heart of the people in the farthest corners of the earth. And so, we want to share these stories, even if they are only but a glimpse into the miraculous and great work of Jesus in the world.
